The Custom Precision Turning division has been producing close tolerance OEM parts to customers’ specifications for 15 years. Through continuous capital investment, this division now boasts eight (8) Star Swiss-style turning machines with part diameter capacities ranging from 1/8” to 1 ^1/4”. Our most recent addition is a Miyano ABX 64 SY twin spindle, twin turret machine with a maximum bar capacity of 3 inches. We also have an in-house Black Oxide process, which lets us decrease customer costs and increase throughput.
