Conway Machine ships all over the world. We are able to ship on your preferred shipping account or Conway can arrange the shipping. For international orders, we require payment prior to shipping the order. Please contact a salesperson for a shipping quote. When your order ships, you will get an email with tracking information. Also, Conway can provide all shipping documents for no additional charge (packing lists, commercial invoice, Certificate of Origin, etc.).
Conway guarantees its parts for up to two years of regular wear. However, if a product is defective or is the incorrect part, we are willing to accept returns in some cases. If you have ordered the incorrect part and therefore it is the buyer's error, then a 25% restocking fee will be charged along with the cost of shipping there and back. If the product is unsatisfactory and therefore the seller's error, Conway will replace the product once the faulty product has been returned. In some cases, Conway may issue a credit if the buyer prefers. The situation may differ depending on the circumstances. Please contact a salesperson if you have a question about your specific order.
